Are you ready to take on new challenges and practice in a professional, supportive, and well-structured environment? Great news! Clinique dentaire Lacolle is currently looking for a dentist to join its team.
We offer you the opportunity to work in a modern, fully equipped clinic alongside an experienced and collaborative team. You will grow in an environment where quality of care, patient respect, and clinical efficiency are at the core of everything we do.
Our organization promotes professional autonomy while ensuring strong support and structure. You will have the freedom to perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures while benefiting from an efficient and well-balanced distribution of clinical responsibilities.
Certain specialized procedures, such as surgeries (e.g. wisdom teeth extractions, implants), are handled by other dentists within the clinic. Denture cases are referred to a denturologist. This allows you to focus on your primary scope of practice in a structured and efficient setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnoses
- Develop and follow up on treatment plans
- Provide general dental care (restorations, endodontics, etc.)
- Supervise 2 to 3 hygienists at a time
- Work closely with the clinical team (assistants, hygienists)
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients
- Maintain high standards of asepsis and quality of care
- Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
What We Are Looking for in Our Future Colleagues:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS) or recognized equivalent
- Valid license in good standing with the Ordre des dentistes du Québec (ODQ)
- Minimum of one year of experience in general practice (or completed residency / motivated recent graduate)
- Must have practiced dentistry within the last 3 years (ideal)
- Excellent command of both French and English
- Ability to work independently while supervising a small team
- Strong communication skills with a professional and patient-focused approach
- Gentle, empathetic, and reassuring approach with patients of all ages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Residing near Lacolle (an asset)
- Interest in a long-term position within a growing clinic
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
