Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile
  • Managing calls, emails, and appointment requests
  • Organizing and optimizing the clinic schedule
  • Following up on patient files and updating records
  • Handling billing, payments, and insurance claims
  • Maintaining clear and proactive communication with patients
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintaining a structured and efficient administrative environment
